Delivery Times

Subject to stock availability, we are able to ship the vast majority of items within 2/3 days of the order being placed. However in very rare instances it may take up to 14 working days to receive your order and in exceptional instances there may be an even greater delay due to the item being out of stock with the supplier. In this instance you will be informed straight away and given the option to cancel or substitute your order.

If you would like to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will of course do all we can to get your order out to you in good time. If we are not able to make the required delivery date, we will contact you to discuss available options.

We recycle boxes - your order will be shipped to you in a recycled outer box. It may not be pretty but it will be protecting both the contents and the environment!

Delivery Charges

Shipping is charged according to weight and dimensions of the order. This will be reviewed periodically. Overseas will be more - please contact us for a quote.

Duties and Taxes

Any duties or taxes payable are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).
