DELIVERY TIMES
If you would like to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will of course do all we can to get your order out to you in good time. If we are not able to make the required delivery date, we will contact you to discuss available options.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have logged on, any new orders will show in your account along with their status.
GIFT WRAPPING
We hope in time to be able to offer a gift wrap option via the website.We are delighted to do this for you but until this time any gift wrapping requests will need to be made via email or telephone.
DELIVERY CHARGES Wecurrently offer a flat rate shipping with thin the Uk of £4.95. This will be reviewed periodically. Overseas will be more - please contact us for a quote.
RETURNS
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please return the item to us in the same condition it was received within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement. Please enclose a covering note of some sort giving your name, order number if you have it , and what you would like us to do with the item(s) you are returning. Would you like a refund or exchange? If you would like an exchange, please tell us exactly which item(s) you would like. If you need to speak to anyone please call our main Lewes shop on 01273 487969.
For UK orders only, we will refund the return postage for damaged and/or incorrect orders, if you return the package to us using the Royal Mail Post Office and not a courier service.
For UK Exchange orders and some smaller, lightweight overseas orders, we will send out your exchange items with no additional delivery charge.
For all non-UK orders, regrettably we cannot refund any return postage costs.
Please be sure to obtain a 'proof of posting' from the Post Office. We may not be able to to exchange, refund, or replace items that are lost in the post, without a 'proof of posting'.
All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Any duties or taxes payable are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. We do not accept cheques.

Any details and personal information you provide whilst shopping with Wickle will be kept in the strictest confidence. and will at no time be disclosed to other companies or persons outside Wickle unless your order (or parts of your order) are being drop-shipped directly to you by one of our supplying companies.
